Parts Used:  Root

Common doses and preparation:  Taste slightly bitter.  The root is most often used in teas, cold, decoction, or tincture. Let tea steep for 5-10 minutes. You can add to soups, stews, or stir fry.  If you add it stir fry, you may want to soak it for a few hours.
