Some of our products may be returned if unopened with in 30 days for a full refund. While Lulu's strives to be perfect, we recognize we are only human. Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product as a result of our error, Lulus' will replace your item and ship it free of charge.   If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Lulu's guarantees the quality and freshness of our herbs and herbal products.  If you are not completely satisfied with your products, you may only return unopened products for a full refund or product exchange within 30 days of receipt.
