No liability:
In no event shall Lulu's Thyme and Essentials or it's owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents be liable to user with respect to use of site, the intent or materials contained in or accessed through the site, including without limitations any damages caused by or resulting from or by a user on any of the information obtained from Lulu's Thyme and Essentials, or any damages resulting from mistakes, omissions, deletion of files or emails, interruptions, unauthorized access to Lulu's Thyme and Essentials records, programs, services; and/or be liable to any user for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including without any limitations, damages for loss of goodwill, lost profits, theft, corruption, loss of users information or the inability to use the site or any of it's features, the users only remedy is to stop use of the site.

Product Information warranties:
Understand our services provided "as is" without any warranty (implied or expected).  Lulu's Thyme and Essentials are expressly disclaiming any warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, and appropriateness for a specific purpose, any warranties implied by a course of performance, course of dealing, or usage of trade.

Lulu's Thyme and Essentials does not guarantee: i.  Services will be secure or available at any particular time or location; ii.  The services will be free from viruses or other harmful materials;  iii.  Any defects or errors will be corrected;  iv.  Use of services will meet your expectations.  Use of services at your own risk solely.  Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations an implied warrantees and above limitations may not apply to you.

Liability Limitations:
To the extent permitted by law, neither Lulu's Thyme and Essentials nor our employees, directors, or agents be liable to your for any lost profits, revenues, consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising from in in connection with services or these terms.  In no event shall Lulu's Thyme and Essentials aggregate liability for any damages exceeding greater than one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount you paid Lulu's Thyme and Essentials over the past twelve months.  Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages and above limitations may not apply to you.

Price and payment:

The price of a product is as quoted on site or venue.  Price excludes delivery costs which will be automatically added to the cost shown to the total amount due when you have chosen your selected delivery method.

Dispute resolution:

Lulu's Thyme and Essentials makes attempt to resolve disputes.  You agree all matters related to your access or to use of this site and products, including all disputes, will be governed by laws of the United States and Massachusetts without regard to it's conflicts of law provision.  You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the States and Federal counts in Massachusetts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.  Any claim under the terms and use must be brought within 30 days after the cause of action arises, or such claim made under the separate terms and conditions of purchase for goods and or services are not subject to this limitation.  No recovery may be sough or received for damages other than in the event any controversy or dispute between you and Lulu's Thyme and Essentials and you arise out of or in connection with use of site or products, the parties shall attempt, promptly, and in good faith to resolve any dispute.  If we are not able to resolve any such dispute with in a reasonable time (not to exceed thirty days), then either party may submit such controversy or dispute to mediation.  If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, then the parties shall be free to pursue any right or remedy available to them under applicable law.
