Lulu's Lemon Pepper mix is made with certified organic ingredients:

Lulu's mix give you a lemon flavor without the acidity you can get using lemon juice. The combination of spices adds that "something" to the flavor, rounding it out.

Lemon pepper is commonly used in grilling, poultry, and seafood dishes. Want to give your citrus salad some flair? Add a little. Want to make your white sauce stand out? Use some lemon pepper on your poultry or seafood dish. A basic white sauce is very easy to make. Commonly use 2-3 TBS butter, 2 TBS flour, 1 cup milk, and about 2-3 TBS Lulu's lemon pepper. Melt the butter, add flour and brown it to a golden color. To brown the flour you are going to constantly stir the flour in your pan. Slowly add milk (so it doesn't clump). Add in your lemom pepper and heat until the mixture thickens to a sauce. The trick is not to use a high heat and to slowly add a little of the milk at a time stirring or whisking the mixture continuously.
