Common doses and preparation:    has a sweet, fruity, sour taste. Used in tea, poultices, oils, skin washes, marinades, seasoning, hand soap, body washes, laundry soap, and cleaners.  Has a mild lemon flavor.  Often used as a nervine and healing tonic. You can use in drinks, smoothies, vinegar, marinades, tea, and pancakes.  You can also add to baked goods like pies, cakes, muffins, cookies, and biscuits.
