Our Soothing Vapor Rub has Eucalyptus Essential Oil which is used in fragrances, flavoring, as an antiseptic, and thought to act as a decongestant /expectorant for cough and colds.  Rosemary Essential Oil is though to help inflammation from  coughs and colds. Peppermint Essential Oil is thought to have antiseptic, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and expectorant qualities.  Often used for sore throats and upper respiratory symptoms. Cinnamon Essential Oil has long been used for cough and colds.  It's thought to have anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial qualities.
