Not recommended to take with other herbs 5-hyftocytrypophsn, catnip, gotu kola, cava, melatonin, St. Johns wort, California poppy, Jamaican dogwood, skullcap (or scullcap), yerba mansa, or any other herbs with sedative qualities.
